PHOTO FAIL: Backyard Pool

Believe it or not… This is an actual photo from a current listing! The gutter is falling off the roof and the pool is full of debris.  At least the caption didn’t read, “Don’t splash water in your soda while you swim in your sparkling pool!”

I’m sure the photo was intended to “Disclose” the current condition of the pool.  Unfortunately, it probably deterred folks from ever walking through the door.
