If I were a used car salesperson, I’d have the WORSE sales record EVER! If I knew a car was just pulled out of a river or if the engine was being held by twist-ties, I would send you to another dealership.
I’m not saying that all car salespeople are unethical, I’m just saying that some are a little too “creative” when encouraging a sale.
When I’m touring homes with potential home buyers, I don’t distract them with, “song and dance.” My job is to point out features folks might overlook or aren’t aware of… (Central Vacuum Systems, Radiant-Barrier Roofing, Appliances Included, etc…). I’ll point out the positive features and I’ll even point out the negative ones, too.
Not every home is perfect, but there will be a home that’s perfect for you.
