Yesterday, a client admitted that the home I was showing her hit all the bullet points on her wish list. Even the price was below her budget. The ONLY thing was, she wasn’t ‘feeling’ like it was, “THE ONE.”
Commitment is so difficult, no matter what or who it’s with. One thing’s for sure, when you see and meet THE ONE, you’ll feel it in your gut. Fear will escape you and the courage to take the next step will come naturally. Never settle!
Just keep in mind though, like a boyfriend or girlfriend, houses aren’t perfect. You’ll learn more about “what’s inside” as time goes on. When you fall in love, everything will fall into place. The tiniest flaw will just be part of the charm.
