Not only do we have personal contacts for builders in the Greater San Antonio area, we also have a list of homes already completed, and NEVER LIVED IN.  If you’re looking for a New Construction Home, but don’t want to wait four to six months for the building process, we are happy to share our list of inventory with you.

We will work diligently to help make the process as stress-free and as easy as possible. It would be our honor to represent you during one of the largest investments in your lifetime!

CAUTION!  Here’s something the Builder won’t tell you!

ALL OF THE SALES COUNSELORS AND SALES ASSOCIATES greeting you at the model homes are there to drive the best deal for their company, the Builder, NOT THE BUYER. Similar to buying a car, an “unrepresented” Home Buyer is fair game to a sales associate.  The only way to protect yourself is to hire someone who’ll have your back!  Hire a professional; HIRE A REALTOR® who deals with Builders EVERY DAY. 

 

IT’S YOUR RIGHT:  Consumers have the right to hire a REALTOR® who’ll perform as a “Buyer’s Agent” when buying a New Construction Home or a Pre-Owned Home.  Most REALTORS® will seek compensation from the sellers/builders directly (including us)! The Builders already have an allowance to pay REALTORS® whether or not a REALTOR® is used. Not having a buyer’s agent will not reduce the sales price, in fact, it increases the builder’s net profit.
