He is affiliated with the Texas Veterans Land Board. Daylon has worked in several positions in the mortgage industry, so he’s very knowledgeable about various loan programs and about what it takes to qualify.   • USDA loans (for homes outside city limits): 100% Financing (ZERO DOWN) (with income limits)
  • VA loans (military veterans/active duty military): ZERO DOWN PAYMENT
  • Texas Vet loans (special rates for Texas Veterans): ZERO DOWN PAYMENT
  • FHA 203K (rehab loans): Roll in expenses for rehab/remodel
  • GRANTS & BOND PROGRAMS: Programs to help with Down Payment and/or closing costs.
