Val J. Aranda was raised in a Military family where family, faith, honor, integrity, and discipline were the cornerstones of her life. As the daughter and eldest child of a Retired U.S. Marine, Val was groomed for leadership from a young age—just ask her three younger brothers! 🙂

Val has moved frequently. She has roots in places like Hawaii, the East Coast, the West Coast, and many states in between. Val developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. She gained a firsthand understanding of the stress that comes with moving from place to place. She is dedicated to making her client’s real estate journeys as organized, smooth, and stress-free as possible.

Why Real Estate?

Val often reflects on her path to real estate, particularly during her first seven years in the industry. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming a police officer or a teacher. As a young adult, she aspired to be an architect. However, after what Val calls her “seven-year itch” in real estate, she realized something. Much like a police officer, she was already serving her community. She also understood that, like a teacher, she was educating home buyers and sellers. Real estate found her, and she couldn’t be more grateful.
