What I love about this neighborhood is that a small city park is on the property. Right behind the model home (shown in the slideshow) is the public park with picnic tables, barbecue grills, playground and a walking trail. It’s almost a city secret. Even during Mother’s Day weekend, the park had plenty of room for you and your family.
